Resurrection
|
This episode felt fairly weak to me. Spenser's guardian angel, the lawyer who believed in him he first left the force and became a private investigator, is back in town. The guy is now less than honorable. Spenser gets him a case helping out a prostitute. The lawyer resists for a while, but finally regains his honor and does the right thing.
There are scenes of Boston Garden in here, as well as several scenes taking place in Chinatown and the red light district. This is right near South Station. I used to go through this area when getting to South Station to catch my train, and it did really look like that.
I'll note that Susan's look has evolved a bit. She's no longer the uptight Victorian person. She's much softer and fluffier now, much more gentled.
Spenser has a nice quote from Richard II -
Mine honor is my life,
both grow in one.
Take honor from me,
and my life is done.
