Based on the 1987 book by the same name (Read the Review), this was actually filmed in Toronto. It was the second post-series movie filmed, and brings back the cast from the TV series You've got Robert Urich as Spenser, Avery Brooks as Hawk, and Barbara Williams as Susan.
Spenser runs off to protect a newspaper reporter and almost drives Susan totally away with his behavior as he tries to protect the bratty reporter from harm.
| Lisa Says: I'm going to have to re-read the book, but the whole situation seemed FAR more angst-ridden and driving-Susan-and-Spenser apart than the book was. Hmmmmmmmmm. |
This movie is currently not available on VHS or DVD. I did see it in 2003 on the Hallmark Channel!
