Drugs that Help with Acne

There are many drugs on the market that are promoted to help with acne. Remember that the key problem that starts acne is an overactive oil gland that gets blocked up. So things that help with acne either slow down oil production, help to clear off the 'gunk' that blocks up the oil gland, or helps to minimize the infection that develops within the blocked pore.

Birth Control Pill
I of course never recommend going on birth control just to fend off acne! However, if you are going on the pill anyway, one great benefit is that your acne will really clear up a great deal.
