Purina Friskies Pouch Cat Food
Purina is known for making reasonably priced, middle of the road cat food. It isn't awful - but it isn't the best either. Let's take a look at the ingredients here.In order of percentage -
sufficient water for processing
liver
beef
wheat gluten
chicken
turkey
natural and artificial flavors
Water really shouldn't be the top ingredient - it should be natural in the meat products. The liver and beef are good, but it'd odd that there is so much wheat in here. Like I said, if you compare this to the other pouch products, it'sOK but not great.
On to nutrition. This has LESS water in it than most other pouch foods. I consider this to be not a great thing. Cats really need their liquid intake to properly digest food.

The food does look like nice meat chunks in a gravy, and the cats enjoyed eating it. I'm not thrilled with this cat food compared to the other very nutritious ones - but it's still much better than other cat foods on the market.
