Petite Cuisine Grilled Tuna Treats
I've owned cats for all of my life, and I've tried pretty much any cat treat I find in stores over the years. I'm always game to try something new, to see if my cats will enjoy it. When Amazon Vine had a sample pack of the Petite Cuisine Grilled Tuna Treats on offer, I promptly grabbed up a set to test out.
My cat loves fresh fish and eats a variety of it. However, she just was not interested in this. Maybe because it's one solid chunk of fish. I tried to break it up for her into more easily digestible chunks, but she just wasn't that interested.
I then put the rest in the fridge to try again later. But the resealable pouch didn't do a great job, and she just wasn't interested in eating any more of it.
I have to wonder just why this is better - if you're going to go to the expense of feeding your cat real human-grade tuna - than simply buying tuna for far less at your grocery store and feeding your cat that. It seems extreme to buy this special kitty-version of it.
Certainly I can see that some cats would enjoy fresh tuna. But for a variety of reasons, I don't recommend buying this specialized expensive cat-specific version if that is your aim in life.
