Mung Bean Sprout Instructions
We've grown a variety of bean sprouts over the years, and mung bean sprouts are great because they're fairly thick and flavorful. While other bean sprouts can be wispy and barely-there, Mung bean sprouts have a great texture to them.My notes are a little hazy on this process, because my camera card died a few days into this, while it still had all those starting photos on it. I was able to repair the card and get a few of those photos off, but I lost the time stamps. So I'm pretty sure of the sequence of these first few.
Day 1 - soaking the seeds. I soaked them overnight.

I had the lid on while soaking.

Day 2 - I rinsed them and now let them sit on their tray.

Again with the lid on.

Day 2 - evening

Day 3 - this is the morning the card failed. It failed after taking this photo. So I'm generally but not exactly sure about the photos up through this one.

Now I have actual time stamps, so this is on Saturday, April 26th in the evening which is day 3.

The 27th, morning and evening.

The 28th, morning and evening.

The 29th, morning
