Broccoli Sprout Instructions
Broccoli sprouts are full of great nutrition, and have a delicate shape which is perfect for sprinkling over salads and including in a variety of dishes. Here is how to grow your own broccoli sprouts. My notes are a little hazy on this process, because my camera card died a few days into this, while it still had all those starting photos on it. I was able to repair the card and get a few of those photos off, but I lost the time stamps. So I'm pretty sure of the sequence of these first few.I started by putting the broccoli seeds into my Easy Sprout Sprouter. I didn't have to use the "tiny seed insert" - the seeds were fine with the regular sized slots holding them in. I added enough water so that they were submerged. Easy to do - they're quite tiny. I then let them soak overnight.

The next morning I drained out the water, and then let them sit in a cool, non-sunlit place (i.e. the kitchen counter). That night I rinsed them and drained them again.

The next morning, again, I rinsed and drained them. .

After that is when the memory card died. So everything before this point was recovered from that memory card. I know I definitely had a full day's worth of content on that card (Thu Apr 25th) and then the next morning (Fri April 26th).
Then I switched to other cards. This is the evening of the 26th.

This next pair is correctly date/time stamped and is from Saturday the 27th, morning and evening.

Then the 28th, morning and evening.

Then the 29th, morning
