Sherpa Microfiber Throw

It's a good idea to have super-warm throws available in the house, even if you don't use them every day. They make fantastic emergency gear if necessary. Here's my review of the Blowout Bedding 50" x 60" sherpa throw.

To begin with, this thing is WARM. Amazingly warm. If you lost power and needed something to wrap around you, I'd definitely count the throw high on the list. I've wrapped this around me rather than use a bathrobe. I've gone outside in it. It is light, too.

It's also quite soft. Everyone in the house who touches it loves it. The cat adores it. It's definitely something you can snuggle in with.

It comes in a variety of colors, so if you're worried about dirt and such you can go with a darker one. We happened to get an ivory one. That's of course up to you.

It's important to note its size. It's 50" by 60". So it's meant to be a throw - not a full sized blanket. We hang out on the futon watching TV a lot and where a regular blanket can cover both of us, this one is one-or-the-other. So just be aware of that.

Really, we're pleased all around with this. We have a variety of blankets and throws in the house and this has become our new favorite. We may have to get another one so we can both have our own while we watch TV.
