American Joe's, Franklin Restaurant Review
I've eaten at American Joe's several times, all because of an English friend who comes to visit. He tends to stay at a hotel in Franklin that is near this restaurant, and he LOVES it. He literally would go there every single night to eat.It is a nice, better-than-family steakhouse with lush seats, wooden tables and fresh flowers. A highlight is the very friendly waitstaff. They are more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure you are truly happy. They have a great wine list, including half bottles. They have a nice variety of appetizers like spicy calamari for $8.25 (my favorite). They have a wide variety of steaks, and their desserts are really tasty.
The fresh bread is always tasty, the salad is quite fresh looking with nice dressing on it. Even the meatloaf is juicy and tasty, with a nice texture.
