Acapulcos, Milford Restaurant Review
When I went to WPI there used to be an Acapulco's restaurant right nearby that many students went to. That's long gone now, but there's an Acapulco's chain that has numerous locations around central Massachusetts. I did ask them if they were associated with that long-lost restaurant, but they didn't seem to know. Which I suppose means no :)The restaurant is a typical chain, which means it's better quality than many "local dives" but isn't a fancy spot for a super special anniversary. I know some "real" Mexican fans who refuse to go here, but then again, I find it quite reasonable. They have typical fare such as burritos, quesadillas, and they start you out with nachos and salsa. My shredded beef burrito was tasty and "comfort food" - not overly spicy, but not bad either. The service was relatively quick, although they were poor at keeping the water glass filled.
A fine casual place to grab a bite to eat if you're in a Mexican mood.
