Trigun 24 - Sin
Trigun 24 begins with a giant tunnel system and a bridge, with a carriage pulled into it. Horn-guy and Legato go in to talk to Chapel. Chapel tries to avenge Wolfwood but Legato kills him. The doors open and there stands Knives. Knives calls humans garbage.
Off to LR Town. Vash calls on a donut shop that has a cat on the counter. He cries out to Bonjour and is happy that everybody in town is so happy. Then he breaks down and cries. Back in Tonim Town, land of the Knives monument, Meryl and Millie wonder why Wolfwood died.
Vash tells Meryl that he must kill Knives, that the two were brothers. Flashbacks tell their story. He walks out, leaving her, and he tells her to take care of Millie. Meryl realizes all this time he's been dealing with the pain. Millie insists they follow Vash and both cry while they pack up.
Vash watches as the townsfolk around him collapse and Legato shows up. Legato says that Vash killed lots of people. Legato heads up a hill for the showdown. From the bar, Horn-man says he's the 11th gung-ho gun, Midvalley the Horn Freak. The townsfolk panic and run.
Vash shoots at horn-blower but the horn blast pushes the bullet back. Midvalley says he's under orders not to kill Vash. Midvalley tries to kill several townsfolk and Vash goes around trying to save them. Vash shoots holes in the horn. Horn-man tries to use the gun in his horn but it explodes, killing him.
Legato looks down on the town and says the end is near. He says "This is the climax, Vash the Stam ..." and Vash blasts him several times. Legato says that Vash has great power and Vash's gun turns into a super-powerful weapon. Vash cries out "Not Again" and stops it from exploding. Legato asks to be killed.
Millie and Meryl are hostages that Vash wants to save from a mob under Legato's control. Legato says that it's fine, to kill him. Vash has to kill Legato in order to save Millie and Meryl from the crazed mob.
