Trigun 5 - Hard Puncher
A little boy is whining about wanting his own gun in a cafe when bad guys show up and blast the place, apparently slaying Vash in a pile of blood. The hunters laugh at the money and one walks over to give the final blow - but suddenly he's standing there with them. "You reek of tomatoes". Suddenly he has shot dart-guns at all of them!
When they ask who he is, he says "I'm like a hunter of peace - one who seeks the elusive mayfly of love." He gives back the boy his toy gun - the boy is now thrilled. An old guy asks if he's always avoided shooting real guns - and he says yes. They laugh that Vash calls himself a gunman. But then the guy and woman apologize and say they have to kill him for the bounty.
The girls show up and see that the plant has broken down, and the town is covered with sand. A repair would cost them tons. Back to Vash who is fleeing for his life - falling into a room with a grandma with the cat!
The girls see mayhem going on and try to stop the townies from blowing up everything. They find out that "Chairman" is leading the assault - and that Vash hasn't even fired a single bullet yet. They even called in a "last resort" - a giant Nebraska Family. They come in for the bounty too. In the midst of this a small girls claims to have caught Vash.
It's a saloon family that has him. The mom has a boy that's sick, the doctor has left. Vash hears the situation and says he understands it better than they know. Suddenly there's an explosion and the Nebraska family laughs at their arm-missile attack. Out pops Vash. Meryl is shocked it's him. He starts rescuing the poor innocent dead girls from the wreckage.
The bad guys claim he must have had to hurt people along the way - Vash stands there sadly holding the limp woman. He stands to face the bad guys. They turn to fire at the 5 women's bodies on the ground - Vash races towards them to save them and draws his gun - shooting bullets to deflect it. Vash has one bullet left - he shoots Nebraska Family with that. Millie and Meryl are amazed.
Vash gets everyone to shout "Love and Peace" at the remaining bad guy - while the cat snoozes!
