Master Roshi - Dragonball Character
Master Roshi is one of the very first characters that Goku and Bulma run into. He is a great teacher who instructed the Ox King Lord, amongst others.
He has the first dragonball that Goku and Bulma see (besides Goku's of course) and Bulma asks for it in exchange for giving Master Roshi a glimpse of her underwear.
