Lord Pilaf - Dragonball Character
Lord Pilaf is a key enemy in the dragonball series. He is also after the dragonballs in his quest to conquer the world.
Some of the first people Goku runs into are Shuu and Mai, two henchmen of Lord Pilaf. Lord Pilaf tries to capture Goku many times, and eventually Goku makes his way to Lord Pilaf's castle. Lord Pilaf captures the group, but they of course escape!
For the food connotations, rice pilaf is a traditional flavored rice dish in the far east.
