Delong Lake Anchorage
Delong Lake in Anchorage, Alaska is a quiet little lake stocked with rainbow trout, arctic char, and landlocked salmon. Bag limits for rainbow trout are 2 per day, with only one being 20 inches or longer.

There's no swimming in this lake, but it's a lovely place to sit and do some moose-watching. We didn't see any moose while we were there.

Apparently houses along this lake went for $350,000 over 10 years ago. One could only guess the prices they command in current times.

It is a popular fishing spot, but be sure to handle your fish properly!

They post the signs very clearly so you're sure to know legally what to do.
