Da Vinci Code Trip - London, Paris, Scotland
Friday morning I woke up reasonably early, and ate the 2 oranges Peter had given me for breakfast. I walked the 15 minutes down the road to the local train station, and soon Peter showed up to meet me. A train pulled in at the opposite track and we ran up over the overpass to get to it before it left. It turns out it was the "slow train" that stopped a lot, but I enjoyed watching the countryside roll by as we went. Soon we were in London, and began exploring. Our first stop was going to be Westminster Abbey, so we walked over there.
These first images are from the train station.

We didn't try the giant ferris wheel, known as the London Eye. In front of it is a statue of Queen Boudicca - a famous celtic queen who revolted against the Romans and almost beat them.

Here's a view of Westminster Abbey. To the right is a public park where a pro-peace man rallies every day. You can see all his signs around him.
