Avon Ageless Results Eye Cream

First, I want to reiterate what I say in all my eye cream reviews. Yes, it is very important for all people to use an eye cream. The skin around your eyes is very thin and sensitive. It won't react well to "thicker" creams that you use on your hands and feet, for example. When you meet people, they always look at your eyes. If there is one area of your body that you want to look healthy and fresh, it would be your eyes. Despite all the joking about other body parts, your eyes really are important in social contact

So really the question is should you use this particular Ageless Results eye cream of something else. This is relatively cheap in the scale of eye cream, so people on a budget definitely would want to keep that in mind. It's in a "scoop with your finger" jar, which I am not overly fond of. Unless you keep your fingers SUPER clean - and wash your face REALLY well before every application - there is going to be smegma getting into the container after a few days. That is then sitting out on your counter and germinating. This isn't great for something that you then put onto your face to sit there for hours and hours. I am much more fond of the "pump" lotion system for anything face related, so that it is as clean and fresh as possible on each application.

Perhaps more importantly, though, this is a very thick substance. One of the key traits for an eye lotion is that it needs to go on *gently*. Your eye skin is very thin and delicate, and if you're dragging the skin around with your finger as you put on lotion it will bruise and stretch. You don't want that to happen! So compared with just about every eye lotion I've tested, this one is just too thick.

I'm not sure who I would recommend this for. Even if you were on a tight budget, there are other eye lotions out there in this price range which are easier to put on.
