Italian Garlic Bread

I am a HUGE fan of Garlic Bread!! It can be the perfect snack and goes well with just about any Italian meal. It's so easy to prepare, too! If you want to make the bread yourself, check out my Breadmaking Pages.

1 large loaf Italian bread
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp parsley
2 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp paprika

Mince the garlic, then mix it well with the olive oil. Set aside in a bowl. Now mix the cheese, parsley, thyme, marjoram and paprika. Slice open the bread and first brush the inside with the oil. Then sprinkle in the herbs.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and put it on a cookie sheet. Cook it at 350F for around 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
