This great appetizer goes well on bread, or can be eaten on its own. Easy and quick to make, too!
Tzatziki - Yogurt Dip
1 tsp salt
6 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 cup yogurt
Peel and shred the cucumbers - drain out the liquid. Sprinkle on salt. Now crush the garlic, and mix in the oil and vinegar. Mix this in to the cucumber. Blend in the yogurt. Let sit overnight in the fridge, and serve chilled the next day.
