If your dream has a mouse running around trying to escape from harm, it means that you feel helpless in front of some sort of overwhelming force in your life. You feel it is threatening you and there is nothing you can do about it. If that's the case, find some way to cope with that threat. Sometimes you can actually manage the threat, but sometimes the threat is indeed completely out of your control. If that's the case, ask for help!
