Allergies - Tired, Exhausted Sleeplessness

If you suffer from allergies, it could easily lead you to be tired or even exhausted. This is especially true in the fall and spring. You may not even realize it's the allergies. Many people go through childhood without any allergies at all, only to have them 'creep in' during adulthood. You may just think you're feeling worn down, when really it's allergies affecting your healthy.

If you're not getting enough sleep, take a good look at your eyes in the morning. Are they puffy and irritated? These would be good signs that allergies could be involved. Check the local pollen counts out on a daily basis and see if you feel better or worse based on the pollen counts. If there's a correlation, it's time to talk to your doctor about allergy medicines!

If you are already on medicine, be sure to check that you are taking enough. It might be that over the years your allergies have grown steadily worse, so that the dosage you are taking isn't having enough effect on you now.

Your body needs ample sleep each night to get through the day! So be sure you give your body the best chance possible to get that sleep it needs.
