Chocolate Peanut Butter Pinwheels

1 CUP Peanut Butter Chips
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 CUP Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 TSP. Vanilla
ROLL of Waxed Paper

CUT Waxed Paper in 15 x 10 Rectangle and Butter the Paper
OVER a Low Heat in a Saucepan Melt Peanut Butter Chips and 2/3 Cup of the Sweetened Condensed Milk
COOL Slightly
POUR Over Waxed Paper and Press Evenly into Thin Layer, Covering Waxed Paper
LET Stand at Room Temperature for 15 Minutes
OVER a Low Heat in a Saucepan Melt Chocolate Chips and Remaining Sweetened Condensed Milk
REMOVE from Heat
STIR in Vanilla
SPREAD Evenly over Peanut Butter Layer
LET Stand at Room Temperature for 30 Minutes
BEGIN at the 15 Inch Side of the Waxed Paper, Roll up Tightly, Jelly Roll Style, Without the Waxed Paper
WRAP Tightly in Plastic Wrap
CHILL 2 Hours or Until Firm
CUT Into 1/4 Inch Slices to Serve
STORE in a Covered Container at Room Temperature
