INGREDIENTS - 1st Part
1 STICK Margarine
1 CUP Flour
1 TBSP. Sugar


DIRECTIONS - 1st Part
PREHEAT Oven to 350 Degrees
COMBINE Margarine, Flour and Sugar
PRESS Into a 13 x 9 Inch Pan
BAKE at 350 Degrees for 15 Minutes
COOL Completely



INGREDIENTS - 2nd Part
1- 8 OUNCE Package of Cream Cheese
1 CUP from a Large Container of Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
1 CUP Powdered Sugar


DIRECTIONS - 2nd Part
MIX Together Cream Cheese and Frozen Whipped Topping
ADD Powdered Sugar and Bea Until Fluffy
SPREAD on Cooled Crust


INGREDIENTS - 3rd Part
2 PACKAGES of your Favorite Instant Pudding
3 CUPS Milk

DIRECTIONS - 3rd Part
MIX on Low Speed Until Thick the Pudding Mixes and the Milk
SPREAD Over the Cream Cheese Mixture
PUT Remainder of Thawed Whipped Topping on Top
SPRINKLE With Nuts
REFRIGERATE for at least an Hour before Serving
