Easy Pecan Pie Recipe
This simple pecan pie recipe involves Bisquick and a few other common ingredients. Make some up for your next picnic or gathering!
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
Grease a 9" pie plate. Put pecans along the bottom of the plate. Mix all ingredients and pour them into the plate. Bake 50 minutes at 350F. Stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
