DIRECTIONS
SPRAY a Cookie Sheet with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
WASH and Dry your Pumpkin Seeds
SPREAD the Pumpkin Seeds on your Cookie Sheet
SPRAY the Pumpkin Seeds with more Cooking Spray
BAKE for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven
SALT the Seeds when removed from the oven
OPTIONS
SPRINKLE with Chili Powder, Garlic Salt, or your Favorite Spice
