Crunchy Chow Mein Caterpillars Recipe
This delicious treat is tasty any time of the year. But during Halloween, you can form them into caterpillars and serve them to the kids for a great, crunchy delight!
Ingredients:
6oz Butterscotch Chips
1c Roasted Peanuts
3c Chow Mein Noodles
Directions:
Melt the chips in a saucepan over a very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the burner and then stir in the peanuts and noodles. Form into shapes on wax paper and allow to cool. Give little "legs" and "antennae" if you wish with extra pieces of chow mein. Enjoy!
