Baked Bananas Recipe
Baked Bananas are VERY easy and turn a healthy fruit full of potassium into a delicious dessert that everybody will love!
Peel open the banana, taking care to not change the shape of the inner fruit. Re-close the peels and lay them in a shallow baking dish. Put foil or another cookie sheet on top to cover.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, until the outside skin is brown and the inner banana is soft. Peel back the skin and cut the banana into 1/2" circles. Lay on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar or honey if desired.
