Origami Mobile - Safety Note
All of my origami mobiles are hand created to order, with super glue, and I construct them as solidly as I can.
However, by their very nature, These mobiles have small parts - the little beads used to keep the cranes on the strings. This means they are NOT safe for little babies!
While you could hang a window mobile in a window, far from the crib, please make sure not to hang any of these mobiles in a location where a baby might get his or her hands on it. We want to keep the little tykes safe!
Many parents ask what colors they should use on a baby room mobile. Research has shown that babies have the best reaction to high contrast, black-white objects. So I would definitely suggest a mobile with half black cranes, half white cranes, scattered randomly on the mobile.
