Stillsuit
The Fremen on Arrakis wore stillsuits to not lose a precious drop of water. These were full body suits, powered by the action of the fremen walking and breathing. It caught every drop of water from sweat, urine, etc. and stored it in catchpouches located around the suit.
Note that the Lynch movie version does the stillsuits reasonably well - the SciFi miniseries does an awful job of showing how a stillsuit really looked and worked.
