Getting To the Portal

You're told the cave has a magical portal, and a portal amulet is in a pot.

go back down the floating platforms. Kill the skeleton beast and go to the stone statue - slash it to get through the fence. Get your lava shield. Go into the lava to the left, up on the little rock tot he rope. Climb the rope up and go right. Another eye - slice him and go in the gate. 3 flowers - use the rocks on them still. Hack the trees for scarabs.

Next area - you're locked in a room with a chest and 3 spiders. Open the chest - Mysterious Amulet. The spiders attack - slay them and the doors open. Attack the hanging lamps for scarabs.

Find Deadly Eye of Ra Post - lure bomb guys into it. Once it blows up, cross sto other side of lava. Jump across 2 platforms to next area. Another bone guy.

In the cave jump to the swinging rope and off other side. Kill the worm guy. Jump to the eye and kill him. Then forward past a bone guy into the corridor. Out and right - tree with scarab. Another tree to right. Now there are a series of jumps with flying lava balls - avoid the balls and hit the trees along the way.

Now you're by a fountain thing. Jump up and hit eatch red light thing. They turn green. All four green - jump o platform.

go up the platform. Hit the snake head. Cross shimmery path. Go left towards pot with portal amulet. See cut scene - beam blasts you. You're told you're trapped. Step into the portal. Save spot here.
