Grand Theft Auto 3 Walkthrough:
Cop Bribes (spinny badges)
The cop badges that you find automatically take you down a wanted level. This can be great if helicopters are after you (level 3) - it'll get you back down to level 2 which is much more manageable.
* Roof of liquor store at Callahan Point
* Alley between St Marks and Red Light District - straight ahead if your driver's side door is against the bank.
Note that as you do cop missions, a row of police badges will also start to appear in all of your hideouts.
