Emergency Vehicle Crane
The emergency vehicle crane is in the northeast corner of portland harbor. You can see the faint yellow stripe on the ground. You'll get a beeper message when they first contact you, but you can bring these over in any order. They don't post a list. They want -
Police car - easy to find anywhere
Enforcer - get to level 4 when you have 4 badges in your base. Grab one and then remove the star rating quickly!
FBI Car - get to level 5 when you have 4 badges in your base. Grab one and then remove the star rating quickly!
Barracks OL - N end of Staunton island in Phil's compound.
Rhino - N end of Staunton island in Phil's compound - there during quest and then at end of game. During quest it's locked, but just knock door off to get in.
Ambulance - by the hospital of course!
Fire Truck - at the fire station
Gives you $1500 each. When you get them all, icons appear there that let you get one any time you want!
