Ambulance Missions
The Ambulance only holds 3 people at a time, so as you get into the advanced levels, you have top drop them off and go out for more again. Really, the key here is careful driving, something you need to learn now so you can use the skill in various missions you do. Each person you pick up gives you more time, depending on how far from the hospital you are.
The ambulance is top-heavy and tends to tip if you take corners too quickly. If you drive reasonably without going wild, you should be able to get through these.
Also note that getting into an ambulance heals you a bit.
L3 gives you both a horn and a siren depending on how you press it.
For Paramedic Level 1 (1 person) you get $100.
For level 2 (2 people) you get $400 (i.e. $200 each).
For level 3 (3 people) you get $900 (i.e. $300 each) and so on.
