D-Ice: Uzi Money
This is the first phone mission on the third island. It's pretty easy. You have to do drive-by shootings with an Uzi and blow up 20 enemies in 2:30. Really, if you just practice a bit with drive-bys, that's all you have to get the hang of. There are plenty of people to shoot!
My notes say that I used the tank here, so I'm pretty sure that shooting the nearby walls with the tanks counts as a drive-by. So be sure you've gotten the tank by now and it should be easy.
