5: Inner City Zoo
This was actually easier than 4. You have 12 months to build a zoo with a rating of 55, with avg guest happiness of 85, avg animal happiness of 78, and 6 species. Really, your only problem is space. But it's not that bad!
Build cages along the main path - things that only need 1 or 2 animals at the most in there. Moose, camel, kangaroos are good. The mountainy area can hold a few bighorn sheep. You then have a whole giant area up top for a final animal - I put a few sea lions up there. You have plenty of room left for a carousel, compost bin for money, and a few other people-pleasing items.
On a fun side note, if the chimps watch the gift shop's top spin, they start spinning too!
