The Turbo Nozzel
Once you get 25 shines, the evil guy will show up in the main area with the Turbo Nozzel. Chase him around, he follows a set loop and you can make him reverse it if you want him to. You might have to spray him "normally" (without Y) to finish him off. When you do, you can now use the turbo nozzel!
Switch to using it with X, then super charge it by holding down Z until you blast forwards!
Places in main city to use it:
* Break in door by beach for shine!
* Break in police station door for special course. Do belly slide and super turbo and jump over gaps. Get a shine!
* Break in door on pillar (under water, far left of beach when facing ocean) to get another blue coin!
