You're running through the swamps with marines, following the red beacons. Try to keep them alive by blasting anybody that comes near them, they don't do very well. When you get to the tower at the end, you'll meet up with a glowing blue ball which is REALLY annoying. He will teleport you out to 'safety' which ends this brief level.
