Your first "mission" is right by the save spot.
Go to the pink spot. It'll give you the mission title - "An Old Friend".
The Mafia calls you in your room. They're furious that they lost the money - they don't seem to care much about the dead guys. You promise them that you Will get money and drugs.
Step outside - smell the fresh air of the SouthEastern US!! Hop into a car and you might hear Judas Priest - you got another think coming. Amazing radio stations in this game!!
Now you have access to the Lawyer at spot L. Head on over to it.
