This boatyard mission can be done with the motorboat or speedboat. You have to hit as many packages as you can in the 2:30 they give you.
At 3 in - do map change
go slowly at first, missing is a ROYAL pain.
8-9-10 are jumps in a row. If you practice this you can get them all at speed.
11-18 is just a long path with lots of space in between. Take this at pretty much top speed, steering carefully.
Really, it's just practice that gets you through this. Once you finish, your boathouse becomes an asset and starts generating $2000 for you.
