Cap the Collector
Note that the last 2 missions only come when you've done enough of the game that you are a 'power in Vice City'. Otherwise the mob doesn't bother to come down and harass you. For me, I hit this mission after doing all other missions and all the 'gather the car' stuff too. Check out the car dealership walkthrough section for more details about the car gathering ring.
You get a call - problem at the print works. You go and the poor old guy was beat up by the Italians. You get pretty annoyed. Apparently the Mob, i.e. Sonny Forelli, has come to get their piece of the action.
You have a pink spot. The Mafia is heading towards the car showroom. Ken calls again and warns about impending death. Oh, helpful.
Go to the car showroom and shoot the guys there. Now just sit there, they'll send a few waves at you. Really it's pretty easy, just kill each wave as they come. When you kill the last set, you're done.
