The VC Cabs are evil - you must destroy 3 of them. You get yellow dots to chase. Actually this is pretty easy. They are hostile so it's easy to be near them and they often ram themselves into you! He he he.
Blondie's the cab-girl so be sure to play WAVE to listen to her music. Do drive-by technique as they try to ram you. Often they'll keep circling you as you shoot them, just watch for the flames.
