He's pretty easy. He sends a shower of fire towards you in a circle - just run clockwise or counterclockwise to dodge it. Then he shoots straight at you - dodge left or right while he destroys his own protection. Run in and spin him, then run out and wait for him to explode. You only have to do that three times and he's down!
