8: Hog Ride
This is a fun one - you're in a leather jacket, on a motorcycle (a Harley perhaps?) and have to win the race. Watch the cactus zoom by, and dodge the cop cars as you take the jumps and pass your opponents. Use the green arrow areas to speed up your bike, but don't fall off the edge of the track.
Once you get the fastest time, you'll get the crystal and can now do the timed trials.
