Candles as Clocks

by Lisa SheaOctober 15, 2011

In medieval times, candles could be used as clocks. They’d draw lines on the candle and know how long it took to burn down to that point.

French Fries?

Ellipses

by Lisa SheaOctober 7, 2011

Imagining a Heroine

by Lisa SheaSeptember 30, 2011

Just looked at a new cover for a Native American romance I had enjoyed. Their new heroine image seems to be 13! It sort of ruins it for me. Very creepy, her with this adult large guy. It’s part of why my covers don’t portray the characters. Your imagination and sensibility should be the guide.
