Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

Like everyone else who has written in, I was held hostage for hours. Its like police tactics to get a confession, finally, you break. Then you are stuck with a property/morgage at unbelievably high interest reates that you can't sell. The practices Westgate uses compare to none I have experienced. In its sales practice, Westagate, minipulates the intent of consumer protection law in ways that allow them to stay just inside the law, while at the same time, violating the law's intent.
When I complained to Westgate that I had been promised things that were not happening, their response was that they had nothing to do with what the sales rep said, and I quote, " Sales people will tell you anything to get a sale." Its only what's in writing that counts. Of course, like a prisoner under questioning, by the time its over, you will sign anything, just to get out fo there.
Now, I am an owner and they still badger me for sales tours.
Enough already! When will the Commerce Department, the State of Florida or someone step in.
