i own at bluetree resort managed by westgate ,i use my unit once because they would not book my floating week . so i stop paying my maintence fees.
the one time i did use it, i showed up in person and demanded the use of my week which is deeded to me .i own a share of the buildings. they don't want you to use you own time because they make us pay ,so they can use it as a hotel. they make money and we get nothing.
i would like to get together with other owners and make them buy all our units back at the premium price .
