Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

Hello I just read your comments on Westgate Resort we had something similar happen to us, I reported the situation to the company first, and of course heard nothing, so they I went to the Better Business Bureau and they didn't hear back from the company either, who else can I report this to to get some satisfaction?
All Westgate Resort problem reports are submitted via email by third party individuals.
