PHO They Screwed Up our Reservations Completely
Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I recently visited Westgate resorts in the smokey Mtns. of TN. It was ridclious! I arrived they put me in a room (there was 4 of us including my 83 year old mother) that we hadn't reserved. I reserved a 2 bedroom CABIN! They put us in two rooms, what they called a H & I room. I couldn't leave my children in a room by themselves! They put us in 4 ROOMS all of which was NOT what I had reserved. They had to change out the TV 3 times before getting one to work in the room they put us in! Told them my mom couldn't climb stairs.....what did they give us.....one with stairs! Then the Mgn. of the front desk when I went to complain told me if I didn't accept one she would have me escorted off property without a room or refund. Well, she didn't give me refund anyway, and I did ask! Don't visit here, the people are VERY rude, and you won't get what you pay for! I'd still like to have the main number if anyone has it, I'd like to call them and let them know how the Smokey Mountain office is run!
