Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues
Date of Incident: 9/28/2003
I am in the process of cancelling and have gained some valuable info from you and others. My question is,"how much time do I have to cancel, as I have no written documents which provide a stipulated time period" I am not even sure where to send the cancellation. Someone else who successfully cancelled(on your site)mentioned that he quoted a section of Florida law which allows one to cancel. (or something to that effect) Do you know what this law is.
