So I am not alone in thinking this is a huge sham.
My husband and I bought a supposedly repossessed condo from Blue tree resort. At that time , our payment arrangements were made via a bank debit card. Obviously the salesman took down the wrong # because we recently began receiving phone calls from pinnacle collection agency. They wrote down the wrong information in the first place, did not make any effort to contact us regarding the matter, and just sent us to collection. I have called Westgate lakes in regard to this and I agree, they are the most rude and arrogant type of people I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. As far as im concerned this business slanders itself and could use lessons in edicate, manners and some business training.
Thanks to our "so called" excellent opportunity to have a vacation regularly, we now are at risk of having our perfect credit report tarnished. Im sure an employee of the company would consider this slander, but the truth be told, and I believe you have every right to free speech,its ok for them to say slander, but what about my good name and credit report? Doesn't their "IDIOCY" in handling my paperwork slander my good name?
